International real estate, made clear

Own property in Chile – We guide until you have your keys.

Buying land in another country usually means facing an unfamiliar legal system alone, unsure who to trust. We turn that into a clear, accompanied process: transparent pricing, verified clean title, and your own independent lawyer welcomed at every step. Owning property in Chile has never been this clearly guided for a foreign buyer.

Clean title verified on every listing

Why limit your investments to within your own borders?

Most people hold every asset they own inside a single country — the same economy, the same currency, the same property market they already live in. Owning property in Chile is a way to step outside that. It is a real, tangible asset held in a stable economy on the other side of the world, bought outright in your name, independent of what happens in your home market. You are not buying a number on a screen. You are buying land you can stand on, fence, build on, or simply hold.

The barrier is rarely the money. It is the sense that buying abroad is complicated, opaque, and risky for an outsider. That is the specific problem this platform exists to remove. Owning property in Chile is simpler than most people assume — the legal rights are identical to those of a Chilean citizen, and the process is well-defined once someone shows it to you.

A stable country, with the same property rights for you as for its own citizens.

Of every country to own land in abroad, Chile is among the most reassuring — and among the least known to foreign buyers. That gap is the opportunity.

Stable, rule-of-law, top-ranked in Latin America
Chile ranks at or near the top of the region for political stability, property rights, and rule of law. Land you buy is registered in a public national registry — the Conservador de Bienes Raíces — and protected by the same legal system that protects every Chilean owner.
The same ownership rights as a Chilean citizen
There are no quotas, no special approvals, and no restrictions on foreigners owning land in Chile. You own it on exactly the same terms a Chilean national would — full title, in your name, held indefinitely.
One of the lowest closing costs in the world
A cash purchase typically closes at 1–1.8% of the price — notary and registry fees, essentially. There is no buyer’s agent commission on our own listings, and no hidden layer of cost between the asking price and the title in your hand.

You are never doing this alone.

The reason buying land abroad feels risky is that, usually, you are left to figure it out yourself. Here, the process is defined, and we walk it with you from the first message to the day the title is registered in your name. Owning property in Chile is as straightforward as owning in Europe or the United States — the legal framework is solid, and we guide you through every step.

1
Browse and ask
Look through the terrains, ask anything — about a parcel, the region, the legal process, the costs. Honest answers, no pressure, in your language.
2
We prepare everything
For any terrain you’re serious about, we assemble the full documentation: the escritura, title history, indigenous-land clearance, and survey records.
3
Your lawyer reviews it
Bring your own independent Chilean lawyer — or use one from our vetted network. We hand them everything and welcome their scrutiny. Nothing is withheld.
4
You close, in your name
The transaction is completed before a notary and registered with the Conservador de Bienes Raíces. The title is yours.

We welcome your independent legal review because we have nothing to hide — and because no one should wire money across the world on trust alone. This level of accompaniment does not exist anywhere else for Chilean land.

Puente Chacao bridge under construction, connecting Chiloé island to mainland Chile

A $1 billion bridge is being built — and it is changing the map for one of our regions.

Most of what we list is bought for lifestyle and long-term land appreciation, not speculation. But one current opportunity has a documented catalyst behind it. The Puente Chacao bridge — state-funded, over $1 billion, and the longest suspension bridge in Latin America at 2,750 metres — will permanently connect the island of Chiloé to the mainland, replacing the ferry crossing with a few minutes by car. Our terrains near the northern tip of the island sit close to its landing.

The bridge has been delayed more than once since its original timeline, and we tell you that plainly — it builds trust rather than undermining it. As of early 2026 it is roughly 63% complete, with an official opening targeted for October 2028, according to Chile’s Ministry of Public Works (MOP). We treat it as a credible long-term tailwind, not a guarantee.
