Frequently asked questions

What kind of land can I list?

Any rural or semi-rural terrain in Chile that is legally available for sale to a foreign buyer. Agricultural, forest, coastal, and mixed-use parcels are all eligible. We do not list urban residential or commercial property.

How long does review take?

We aim to review all submissions within 48 business hours. If we need more information or photos, we'll send you feedback so you can edit and resubmit.

What is the success fee?

We charge a success fee upon confirmed closing. The exact rate is disclosed in your account terms. There is no listing fee, no monthly subscription, and no fee if the property does not sell through Chilelands.

Can I list in Spanish?

Yes — you can write your title and description in Spanish. Our buyers are international but we display listings as submitted. For maximum visibility, a bilingual description (Spanish + English) performs best.
